Join Olea for a Special Tasting Dinner Oct. 12
featuring Premier Spanish Sherries

Olea is joining The Wine Thief and New Haven Sherry Week in presenting a special tasting dinner Oct. 12 featuring the acclaimed Spanish sherries of Bodegas Gonzalez Byass. Those who attend will learn a best-kept secret of the wine world: Sherry, a fortified wine, is very food friendly.

Join us beginning at 7:30 p.m. for a 7-course tasting menu of special dishes prepared by Chef Manuel Romero, paired with old and rare wines from Bodegas Gonzalez Byass.

BEET TARTAR with black mission figs, hazelnut crumble, carrot-cardamom reduction, green apple, and goat cheese ice cream.
