After 12 incredible years of olea, and decades in New Haven, the time has come to say goodbye. A restaurant is more than a place to dine—it is a community shaped by the people who work here and the guests who choose to gather here.

We have shared countless meals, conversations, and memories. We are proud of what we built together and deeply grateful for everyone who was part of it.
Our final day of service will be Saturday, November 14th. All outstanding gift cards will be honored through our last night.
